Weight Loss Update

Just going to write a real quick update this week. Mom is now up to a 7 lb total as of this week and I am up to 12 lbs! It was a good work for both of us! Thanks for all the encouraging comments along this journey, we are still going strong and I am proud of that! Sorry if this note is a little fuzzy, I am on Benadryl today for some swollen eyes and bug bites. Hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend!
